Philip M. is passing off illness as health, and this must stop. He continues to promote new nicotine products as a better alternative. We’ve had enough of these lies and this deception. Sign the petition and help prevent future generations from becoming addicted.

Stop the deception

For decades, the tobacco industry – led by Philip M. – has been trying to portray its products as more appealing and less harmful. Now it’s happening again.

First, they hired doctors to promote cigarettes; then came the filters that gave the impression of safety; next, the ‘light’ cigarettes that promised lower tar levels; and now the so-called ‘smokeless’ products, marketed with the promise of being ‘up to 95 per cent less harmful’, even though heated tobacco is anything but harmless: the claim changes, but the deception remains. We believe that consumers are entitled to the truth, not to marketing. That is why we are taking action.

Protect the next generation

Whenever the harmfulness of their products becomes undeniable, Philip M. introduces a ‘safer’ solution. And time and again, that solution turns out to do exactly the same thing: supply nicotine to a new generation. That is why we have filed this complaint. The Public Prosecution Service will assess the case and decide on the appropriate course of action. Together, we can show that we’ve had enough of the tobacco industry’s practices. With your support, we can make progress. For everyone who doesn’t want to lose their child to the consequences of nicotine addiction.
